James Poindexter has been married to his beautiful wife Anne for over 20 years and a stay-at-home father to their 9-year-old daughter. James believes life is about living life to the fullest chasing your dreams, loving unconditionally, and playing hard. James has been a high-level competitive athlete, participating in many different sports like MMA, mountain biking, and ultra trail running, and adds those experiences to his coaching and training. 

James Poindexter has been coaching and training athletes since his early twenties. He has been trading and coaching individuals in the financial markets since 2010. He started with trading currencies, then stocks, and currently trades the Futures Market each morning during the US Open in a live trading room. 

James has created a unique curriculum to teach trading on multiple platforms and currently offers online trading education, a live futures trade room, and a coaching program for individuals looking to become consistent traders or investors. The online trade education course focuses on reading price action and understanding the market context giving the student real-world techniques and applications which can be used to trade any financial instrument. The live futures trade room allows the student to watch and learn in real-time and learn to understand and identify trading opportunities.  

James has been a business owner his entire adult life and has incorporated aspects of running a business into his unique curriculum on how to trade the financial markets. Trading is a business and needs to be treated as such. James believes that consistent success as a trader or investor is learning to deal with loss and the emotional state of fear. This is the main reason for creating a coaching program that will help the student to accomplish their trading or investing goals. 

The online trading course curriculum focuses on how to create a business plan, and how to develop a trading plan which will educate you on when to enter the market, know how to manage risk, and gain an understanding of target projections.
